Professional Member

  • Early Bird Rate: $210.00
  • Regular Rate: $260.00

Retiree Member

  • Early Bird Rate: $110.00
  • Regular Rate: $160.00

Full-Time Student Member

  • Early Bird Rate: $65.00
  • Regular Rate: $75.00

Early Bird registration ends Friday, October 9, 2026.

Full-time students may be required to verify their student status using a school or university email address.

How to Register for the 2026 SHAPEWV Fall Conference

This year, there is an important change to the registration process. All conference attendees must be SHAPEWV members before they can register for the conference.
Your SHAPEWV membership is included FREE with the cost of your conference registration, but you must complete the membership process FIRST before registering for the conference.

Step 1: Become a SHAPEWV Member

  1. Go to SHAPEWV.org.
  2. Click Membership.
  3. Select Membership Application.
  4. Complete the membership application.
  5. If you are a new member, select “New Member 2026.”
  6. If you are a returning member, sign in using your existing SHAPEWV username and password.
Once you have completed your membership, you are ready to register for the conference!

Step 2: Register for the Fall Conference

There are two ways you can access the conference registration:
Option 1: Member Area
  1. Click Member Area on the SHAPEWV website.
  2. You will see a link that says “Now Register for the Fall Conference.”
  3. Click the link and complete your conference registration.
Option 2: Conferences & Events
  1. Go to Events and Sponsors.
  2. Click Conference & Events.
  3. Select Fall 2026 Attendee Registration.
  4. Complete your conference registration.
Please Remember!
Becoming a SHAPEWV member does NOT mean you are registered for the conference.
You must complete BOTH steps:
Step 1: Become a SHAPEWV member.
Step 2: Register and purchase your ticket for the 2026 SHAPEWV Fall Conference.
Your SHAPEWV membership is included with your conference registration, but membership and conference registration are two separate steps.

Submit a Conference Presentation Proposal

All presentation proposals are subject to review and approval by the SHAPEWV Board.

                   

Become an Exhibitor

Organizations, businesses, universities, and community partners are invited to apply to exhibit at the 2026 SHAPEWV Fall Conference.

This year, all exhibitor submissions are subject to approval by the SHAPEWV Board before payment can be accepted.

Interested exhibitors must complete the 2026 Fall Exhibitor Submission Form. Once the submission has been reviewed and approved, SHAPEWV Executive Director Cozetta Miller will contact the exhibitor with payment information and next steps.

Course Information - 

Course Title: SHAPEWV Fall 2026 Conference Syllabus 

Credit Hours: 3 Non-Degree Graduate Credit Hours

Sponsoring Agency: Society of Health & Physical Educators of West Virginia (SHAPEWV)

Conference Date: October 23, 2026

Professional Development Registration & Assignment Deadline: Friday, November 20, 2026

Cost: $99.00 per person for 3 hours of non-degree graduate credit, paid directly to Concord University.

Registration Requirements

To receive 3 hours of non-degree graduate credit through Concord University, participants must first be registered for the SHAPEWV Fall 2026 Conference.

Once you are registered for the conference, please contact SHAPEWV to request the Concord University Professional Development registration form and additional instructions for completing the graduate credit requirements.

Important: Conference registration and Concord University professional development registration are separate processes. You must complete both to be eligible to receive graduate credit.

(We will not accept on-site forms unless prior arrangements have been made. This policy helps reduce the risk of information being lost or not received in a timely manner.)
