Designed for health, physical education, and wellness professionals, this online event offers a flexible way to earn professional development hours, discover new teaching ideas, and stay connected with our statewide community of educators.
Each spring, SHAPEWV hosts a collection of pre-recorded 40–60 minute sessions presented by teachers, professionals, and experts across West Virginia and beyond. Presentations highlight innovative programs, practical strategies, and inspiring ideas that can be immediately applied in PK–12 classrooms, higher education, and community wellness settings.

How Do I Register?
Attending the SHAPEWV Spring 2026 Virtual Conference is simple!
Step 1: Register for the Conference
Visit the Meeting Page and complete the conference registration form. After you register through SHAPEWV, you will receive a confirmation email from SHAPEWV. Please check your email that you used to sign up!
Step 2: Register for Concord University Credit (Optional)
After completing your conference registration, you will receive a confirmation email from SHAPEWV with instructions on how to register through Concord University if you plan to earn graduate credit. You must register through ShapeWV first, and then in the confirmation email from SHAPEWV, you will find the Concord Registration form. Concord will not directly reach out to you.
Step 3: Access the Conference Website
The conference site officially opened on March 1 and will remain available through April 1, 2026. You will have full access to all sessions during this time.
Conference Course Access will be sent via confirmation email from SHAPEWV. You must register for the conference to get access to the course.
When entering the course, you will be asked to provide your email address. Please use the same email address you registered for the conference with. You will receive a 6-digit verification code to that email. Enter the code when prompted. Once verified, you will have full access to the course content.
Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for confirmation and access information.
